J.P. Morgan approached our team with two goals for this project: to position the firm's top talent as best-in-class experts in their field, and to do so while simultaneously humanizing them. To achieve this, we devised two parallel series' that could be captured simultaneously: the first, a relaxed conversation between SMEs styled to feel like an "at the water cooler" discussion, where they could discuss everything from the latest developments in their niche to who at JPM they most wanted to have lunch with in an effort to give audiences a fly-on-wall insight into the day-to-day team dynamics at JPM. The second was a social-first series where junior and senior employees were asked a series of 8-10 personal questions recounting their path to their current position at the firm. Over the course of 10 shoot days, we produced more than 40 social series assets, 32 hour-long interview assets, and more than 142 social cutdowns, with the series being so popular it was replicated again with their London team the following year.
